Besides product manufacturing, A.C. Custom Millwork offers other services to the public. Often customers have already purchased their lumber and have some specific plan for it, but lack the equipment to prepare the lumber. Depending on the quantity of lumber requiring a service, A.C. Custom Millwork can process the lumber to most any specification any where from 100 board feet to tractor-trailer loads.

- Planing services include reducing the thickness of lumber to a desired specification while simultaneously placing smooth finished surfaces on both the top and bottom if necessary. Planing can be performed on boards up to 24 inches in width.
- Straight-line ripping includes creating straight edges on one or both of the narrow sides of a piece of lumber.
- Sanding services include creating smooth sanded surfaces on both the top and bottom sides of lumber if necessary. Sanding eliminates the subtle traces of knife marks left by planing.
- Re-sawing services include creating multiple boards out of one board. This method can often save money for the customer who has one thick board and wishes to minimize the amount of waste produced by the board.
- Optimized sawing cuts dimensional blanks to customer's desired width.

Although each of these services can be stand-alone services if desired they are often combined together in the production process.
